About me:
My name is Karen Heslop, I am a fully qualified personal trainer with a nationally recognised qualification in Antenatal and Postnatal exercise. I am on the register of exercise professionals as a level 3 Advanced instructor. I am a mother of two young boys and have first hand experience of the physical and emotional effects of pregnancy and the many benefits of exercising whilst pregnant.
My aim is to provide safe and effective exercise for women in all stages of pregnancy and the postnatal period. To encourage and motivate whilst at the same time taking into account individual circumstances, fitness levels and fitness goals.
